Refund / Return Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, there are no refunds on digital products.

If there is an issue with your merchandise order, please contact us within 10 business days of receiving your order to resolve the issue. To begin the refund/return process, you must provide us with an image and full description of the issue. Once a refund/return is authorized, we will provide an address to ship the merchandise back. Shipping for returned merchandise is the buyer’s responsibility. Merchandise must be shipped to us in order for a refund to be issued. Refunds are made or refused on a case-by-case basis, depending on the issue.
